It's owners Aadu Oja and Ülo Adamson are successful Estonian businesspeople with extensive experience in real estate development. “Liepziedi” is their first project in Rīga, meant for local residents who are looking for new and comfortable flats in a good location.
The vision of the developers concerns modern homes that are focused on a high level of functionality, top-class design and excellent energy efficiency that ensures low utility payments. The supply of such flats is far below demand.
The “Liepziedi” complex will have two adjoining apartment buildings with comparable architecture, and the first building has been put into operation in the summer of 2017.
